this photo was taken indoor, without flash, under low lighting conditions. There are a lot of noise. the same photo taken with sony and fujifil finepix shows much better quality with little or no noise. is this a prob with lumix or it's my faulty lumix? here's a link to the photo taken with fx8. thanks

thank goodness it's mostly color noise.
I wouldn't expect too much in regards to noise performance out of a point and shoot anytime soon.

Your camera's noise is easily removed and the image would still look great.

Hard for me to believe....That photo was shot at ISO400 and 1/8 second exposure and appears to be a crop of the original sized photo.
To be fair the photos must be viewed at the same size.
Take the original photos from the 3 cameras and open them at full screen on your computer and see how they compare.
Do not look at them at original size.
