Any comments from owners on the low light AF ability of this camera. I am particularly interested in AF times in indoor low light situations.

Thanks.

Assuming that my FZ3 is representative of the FZ20, focusing is almost immediate when using the AF assist, even in complete darkness.

I have an FZ-20 and just tried several low-lite shots. I have AF assist lamp on, internal flash on and in Program mode. I don't have any fancy timing devices but it seems to me that the camera will auto focus and take the shot in less that a second. I altered the distances between the shots and did not see any slow down. I feel anything under a second has got to be pretty darn good for a camera at this $$. Jerry G........the Zookeeper.
P.S. - The test pics came out great.......That's what I love about digital, you can play around with all the settings and it only costs you some idle time and a penny or 3 to recharge the battery. Man, this 'stuf' is great....... :)
