What size filter to I need for the FZ-20 - I looked on the camera and in the manual but can't find the size. Does the filter thread to the lens hood or the lens itself?

Thanks Jayde,
btw can you tell me the difference between a UV filter, a skylight filter, and a polarizing filter?

hi
just get a UV for lens protection when u buy a camera !
removes haze also...

sky removes bluish tints outside on sunny days.. warms cols too

polariiser removes glass n water reflections.. get one later
look on the net or ask for a hoya catalogue in a shop its no big deal tho cos white balance in the camera compensates for most filters
set to cloudy outdoors..
test it on/off you soon see effects.. :)

lots opinions on net re filters enjoy the FZ fer now tho :D
nikon make slimline filters they are best..
