Weird object with DSC-T7

Hi!,


I bought this camera yesterday, but when trying it out I found that in some images a weird object appeared in the picture.

Here is a link to the picure, the object is showing on the dog, not hard to see anyways :)

PS!! Its 2Mb !!

Anyone who could tell me what that is ?

hey there stephen,

unless your dog has some kind of cancer - I hope it doesn't! - you really do have a problem there. does it show in every single picture?

my guess would be there's something on the camera's ccd, because the artifact is crisp. if it was on the lens, it would be blurred.

if it does show on other pics as well, take it to customer service asap.

No it do not show on every single picture, actually it only showed on two pictures out of approx. 30 pics.

The doors behind me and the dog are glass doors, and the room was very dark, could that have any influence in that matter ?
