8 mpix cameras seems to be very popular nowadays, but Iīd like to stick here at 5 mpix level. Is Minolta A1 any good 5 mpix camera for learning photography? I found out that there is still some "new" A1 on market here in Finland for price of 400 and it fits my budget fine. Comparing with other 5mb cameras it has some great features for me like cf slot and 7x stabilized zoom. What are itīs flaws?
I have now canon ixus 400 (Powershots400), that is very nice pocket size camera, but itīs becoming too automatic. A1 seems to be fine update for a long time. Would there be problems using same cf-cards with both cameras. Thanks for advice
