How do I use burst featurew with FZ20?

For some reason, I'm just struggling with figuring this out. I take many outdoor sports photos, so I'm really eager to use this feature.

Can anyone explain it in simple terms???

There is a button on top of the camera (pg45 Of the USA manual)
Push it for one of 4 positions
Low
Fast
Continuous
Off

prefocus and then push and hold the shutter button. In low or high it takes several photos I think 5 for high and 3 for low. And In continuous you can fill the card.( providing you have a card with 32X or higher write speed.)

The burst does not work with the tiff setting or with the flash.
