Best External Flash for *ist D

Sorry if this has already been covered but got nowhere with a search.

What is the best flash to buy for the *ist D? I have an older Pentax AF-330ftz I used with my ZX-10 that works ok. But was wondering if there is something more suited for the DSLR's.

The AF360FGZ is supposed to be the ideal flash that was built for the *ist DSLRs.
the AF500FTZ is the best one you can get.
