I've been taking hand held shots because I don't have a tripod yet. I shot this using the following settings:
Exposure Time=1/80 Second
F Number=2.8
ISO Speed Rate=ISO200

My question is, what would be an equivalent setting at IS0 100?

Hmmm, I thought everybody would jump in to answer this one. Anyway:
Reducing the ISO from 200 to 100 is one EV (ie, one stop) less, so you either have to open the lens up one stop or cut the shutter speed in half. The two choices would be:
f2 at 1/80
f2.8 at 1/40
Since you don't have a tripod, keeping the shutter speed at 1/80 is the best idea, assuming you have f2.

Thanks Bill. The FZ3 doesn't have f2 but the information helps me understand what settings I'll need once I get a tripod.
