sports at night

I have an Olympus C-750 and very happy with results. However, I have trouble taking outside sports pictures at night. Would like to take pictures of my son playing football under the lights but pictures come out blurry. How can I fix this? I'm somewhat knowledgeable about SLR's but am new to digital technology. Please help.

You must use a high ISO setting, like 200 or 400.
