I'm looking for a quick release adapter that can be used for an existing tripod head. Will be using it with my FZ3. Any suggestions or experience using these?

I have a couple of these and they work fine..I actually moved on to a larger version but it would be too large for a FZ3.
But this as with everything from B/M is good quality.
