Beautiful scenery! Did you use a polarizing filter at all? Thanks for sharing your views.

Hi John_Reed
THank for your comments.
I used a Automatic Setup of my FZ20. No polarizing filter.
And I edit a little with Photoshop actually I a beginner and I use auto levels in Photoshop.
I have to learn how to use it.
Mainly in Mexicali we have good light amost 90% of the year.
Can you recommend me some filter for very warm and sunny places (deserts).

If you have photoshop, I am guessing you really won't need any specific filter for color adjusting. You can do that in photoshop. That being said, with a lot of sun, a polarizing filter can be useful. They are good for cutting down glare and reflections that might otherwise wipe out a good photo.

The problem with this road is down and with big angle and sometimes some people try to down to fast and the brakes get overheat and fails.
Same day one truck get out of the road, but the driver can put againg the truck back to raod and he lost the cargo, Beer what a waste. :D
I you drive carfully is nice to drive this road.

I liked your 6th picture. I'm a beginner myself at photo editing, so I tried to enhance that picture a bit. I hope you don't mind. Here is your original and the "tweaked" image.
Keep shooting! :)

Hermes:
I just added a blue gradient to the sky, then increased saturation on the rocks and mountain using a filter that is supposed to punch up the saturation like Fuji Velvia film does.
If I did it again, I wouldn't increase the saturation on the mid and far rocks. They look like they took on a slight blue cast. Very realistic for my part of the country (VA), but I don't know if that happens often out west.
BTW, I did this with GIMP, not Photoshop.
