Live Video Out ?

My partner and I are looking to start up a helicam business and are currently researching a suitable camera option. We are wanting to use a digital (preferably SLR) but we need a camera that has a live video out.

I've been onto dpreview to look at certain models, however they all mention 'video out' but not whether it's live or whether it's only for reviewing photos after they've been taken.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

No DSLRs do this. You can only view already taken pictures on the screen or on video.
