hey guys,
something occured to me the other day - if d-slrs don't have live preview because keeping the large sensor on that long would cause it to overheat, then would taking a very long expose in bulb mode cause it to overheat as well? i mean, what if someone were to take an exposure longer than lets say 5 minutes photographing star streaks or whatever else? i've heard of people taking 4 minute exposures with the 20Da but that one is modified for limited live previews and is therefore probably more restistant to overheating, maybe. any thoughts on this?
