Opinions on Hitech filters?

i've been looking at ND grads and so far only the Hitech brand seems to offer them at low prices (forget cokin!). they're half the price or better of the other brands like Lee, Singh Ray, Formatt, tiffen, etc., but i'm not sure of the quality. there seems to be a real lack of reviews for Hitech filters, so i was hoping some of you could offer some comments/opinions.
