G'day all.
My name is eddy and I am a public transport enthusiast, or "Train Spotter" as you may know it. For proof, visit www.busaustralia.com/forum .
I am interested in updating my camera from a Nikon CoolPix 4300 to a digital SLR.
Currently, it does the job:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v437/eddyandsteve/555.jpg
but I would like to make them that little bit better, and delve into night shots, so time exposure is a must-have. So hopefully I could get something like this: http://www.busaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7612&highlight= .
Information:
Budget not a whole lot more than $500AU, $550 tops
Size isn't a problem, but preferably smaller rather than larger
Standard zoom
Image quality: 8
Used mainly for Public Transport
Not many prints
Night photo's(By time exposure)
Action shots
Nikon = Good :)
Any help, be appreciated.
Cheers :) :) :)
