Wow, these are some nice images.
My Basque buddy wont shut up about this mountain range..
These images are amazing. Can I assume these are all on the v3? I'm seriously considering picking one of these up, as it seem that for this price point you can't get a better image.
What sorts of methods did you use to get this quality? Editing?

Thanks for your kind words.
All has been taken with the Sony V3.
Postprocessing : NetImage (always even if it's not really necessary on these shots), adjustement of levels, and of corse the framing
Thanks for responding. I've been seriously thinking about upgrading my cam lately, and I'll be honest, it was seeing this landscapes (something I shoot a lot of) that swayed me towards the V3. (Even though I had sworn off buying a Sony because of the proprietary stuff). I've been researching non-stop for a week now, obsessing about what to buy, and I keep coming back to the V3, so I hope you don't mind if I pick your brain a little...just two questions, really.
What sort of camera settings did you use to achieve this quality?
Do you ever use the movie mode? How would you rate it?
Ok, so three...

Sony has stopped the production of the Sony V3. I don't know why because it's really a great camera. So if you have the choice, choose another one. I'm sure that a lot cameras allow to reach this level of quality.
Nothing specials for camera settings. I've only select the aperture priority mode to choose low aperture (high f/x).
The composition is maybe more important to have a nice pic. ;)
