Which scanner?

Hi!
I will buy a new scanner very soon. Now, I have 3 choices:
1. HP Scanjet 4670
2. Epson Perfection 3170 Photo
3. Canon CanoScan 8400F

Which one should I go for? I want the best photo & negative scanning quality.
Please help!

I'm choosing the Epson 3170 Photo to replace my old 1200U Photo, primarily because of its high resolution, and its ability to remove dust on scanned images from slides. At under $200, it's priced right. If I needed a pro-level scanner, though, I'd go with the Epson 4990, which is selling for about $380.
