Are there Any cameras on the horizon to replace the Cannon S50/60/70?????
I have an S50 and simply love the formfactor. I can take that thing out of the pocket with one hand, slide open the lens and take a picture in one smooth motion. It just feels right and easy to operate one handed, even the telephoto.
I can operate my wifes Z750 casio with one hand but it's not as smooth, I need to hunt for the "on" switch and hold it daintily in my hands.
I'd just spring for the S70, it's slimmer has more MP, cheap, but it's so last generation technology (not even DiGic II?) that there has to be something on the way soon?
Are there any cannon or non canons coming out soon with the old style slider lens cover?
