I have my Canon PowerShot A75 camera for almost 1 year.
Last night I tried to make some pictures. I changed the camera on the "M" mode and adjusted the aperture and shutter speed to maximum for night pictures. The next day I have noticed that my camera , no matter what kind of mode or options I have choosen, it was making over-expousured (white) pictures and full of horizontal lines. The imagine on my LCD is ok. Also with video mode I don't have any problem, is ok.
I tried then to make a firmeware update on the official Canon website, but the message was : "The latest firmware already has been installed in your camera. So you do not have to update."
Will you be so kind to solve this matter by giving me an answer, please.
Please see the atachement.
Thank you.
