If I have rechargeable batteries in the camera and hook up an AC adapter, do the batteries charge? I had many old devices 10 years ago that would do this (remote control cars etc) but I have no idea if current ones do.
I'm making field kits and would like to bundle a camera, some AA rechargeables and just the USB and AC cables rather than also having to include a battery charger brick. But no sense buying the AC adapter if it doesn't charge batteries as well.
