S2 with B-300 Teleconverter sample

Oly B-300 1.7x teleconverter. Using Lensmate 52mm adapter and stepup ring (52mm to 55mm). Same section of map cropped. 100%, no PP.

hey there XOO i noticed you have used the B-200 with the S2 isn't that a 1.7x telephoto lens???

if so does that meen that I can use the TC-DC58N <---- note the N not B
on my S2 ???

It is 1.7x (B-300). Autofocus works without problems. I know nothing about other tele lens except the C-180 which I also have. The B-300 lets in much more light, having a wider diameter lens at the light gathering end, but autofocus works just as well with it.

Full Frame (reduced for 'net). Should be looking to see if corners are same brightness as center of picture
