SD card speed for Mpeg4 video on a Z750??

Just purchased a Casio Z750 and I would like to take advantage of the Mpeg4 video capabilities of the camera. The manual says to use a high speed sd card for the video to avoid dropped frames.

Manufacturers seem to call their cards "pro" or "ultra" with speeds of 60X or 80X or even 133X.

What speed would be suitable for this situation???

I've had my 750 about a week now and will be buying the Sandisk Ultra II Plus because its high speed and you can take it out of your camera and put it into any usb port to download pix, this way you won't need to haul the cradle everywhere. I'm getting it @ circuit city for about $130.

My 1gb card is a 66x and works perfectly with movies saying that my old Kingston standard card worked fine too
