I am interested in buying a Fuji F-10 (unless anyone advises me otherwise). I live in the UK but i am visiting California shortly and presume it could work out cheaper for me to buy in America.
My options seem to be:
1 - buy in England
2 - buy online from USA and pay for shipping
3 - buy in store in USA and possibly pay higher than the online price.
According to www.kelkoo.co.uk online prices in England range from £220 - £287. This is around $380 - $500 at current exchange rates.
Any advice on the potential savings to be made would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone could reccommend any sites to compare US prices (particularly ones that ship worldwide).
Obviously i have to also take into account potential difficulties in returning the product in the event of problems if i take options 2 or 3. Are the savings worth the risk of such problems?
Would there be any compatablity issues with buying a US version when returning to the UK?
Many thanks for all the useful help that the site and previous threads have already provided me with.
