I own Kodak (http://www.kodak.com)'s EasyShare (http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=130&pq-locale=en_US) DX7440 (http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml;jsessionid=RPDTRLEW1JLZPFW4FBEHW EA?pq-path=2244&Submit.x=26&Submit.y=14&pq-locale=en_US&_requestid=24050) digital camera.
It's an excellent camera, and I'm very satisfied with it.
I am interested in buying a telephoto lens for this camera, and I've seen Kodak's telephoto lens (http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=1066&pq-locale=en_US&cameraEkNumber=EKN028435&Visible=false&navCategory=EKN028435), that looks pretty good to me. I know buying this product requires buying Kodak's DX7440 Lens Adapter (http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=2328&pq-locale=en_US&cameraEkNumber=EKN028435&Visible=false&navCategory=EKN028435) as well. Has anyone tried the Kodak telephoto lens? I'd love to hear some thoughts and opinions about this product. Would you recommend a different lens? I don't want to spend too much money on it - but if a really good one costs a lot, maybe it's worth waiting for it instead of buying a mediocre one now.
I know I'll need to buy a tripod for the camera. Does anybody know a good tripod other than Kodak's (http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=463&pq-locale=en_US&cameraEkNumber=EKN028435&Visible=false&navCategory=EKN028435)?
