Hi all,

I am a newbie to the digital camera world, and have found lots of great info on this site! I am going to be purchasing a Kodak DX7440 (almost certain) and have been looking at memory cards online. Can anybody tell me if this card is compatible with this camera?

256mb SD Card (Dane-Elec) (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7528708786&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1)

Is there anything specific I should be looking at in an SD card?

Thanks in advance for all your help :D

Cynthia

P.S. I am sure I will have tons more questions once I actually purchase my camera!

It will work, but I'm not sure about the reliability of the cheaper brands of card, but you will love your DX7440.
Here's one from the links page.

Unfortunately I don't think I can purchase from there because I am in Canada. I will look into the Kingston brand and see what I can find that ships here.

Thanks a bunch!

This one is pretty inexpensive -- would it be okay?
