Snapped this off as my first night shot attempt with my recent FZ10 purchase. Its not fantastic, but i have no experience on these types of shots.
Any critique is welcome

Not bad..
Did you add those light rays with photoshop or are they natural?
Pretty awesome if they were natural!

I was wondering about the porta loos - didnt really know whether to leave or crop. In my wisdom i left them in

That might be best ...do not take any artistic Ideas from me.
As I am challenged in that area.

..and i'm just green !
I was thinking a snap of just sky would be totally boring for people to look at, but its a shame the things are ugly. I'll know better next time - :o

Pay particular attention to the amount of opacity and the softness of the brush and it gets much easier.
And always do it on a duplicate layer so you can adjust what you do not like.
I did that, on your photo, in a few seconds.... it could be much better.

Good tip Gene , thanks. I've never thought about the opacity and stuff when using Clone. Maybe thats why i've never had much success with that tool.
More learning required !
Using software is as long a road of learning as using the camera itself
